Mounting:
MOLLE/PALS compatible and can be mounted on webbing or belts up to 2.75" wide via one included short MALICE clip. PALS/MOLLE mounting grid features 0.875" webbing for easier weaving of MALICE clip.

Combo Pouch Setup:
The Single/Double Pistol Magazine Pouch can be mounted onto the 1 column x 2 rows of PALS webbing found on the front of our Emdom M4 Double Magazine Pouch. This setup allows further organization and optimization of available real estate by having both a rifle and pistol magazine(s) pouch occupying the same width of space.

Versatility:
The Single/Double Pistol Magazine Pouch can be utilized as a conventional Velcro cover flap closure pouch or as an open top friction/tension fit pouch by removing the cover.

Passion Retention:
External elastic band provides retention for one or two single stack .45 1911 magazines or one double stack magazine (as well as similarly sized magazines of various calibers).

Adjustable/detachable cover flap:
Can be adjusted for height to accommodate taller or shorter items while maintaining full hook and loop Velcro contact. Corners of the cover flap have been tapered to prevent snagging and allow quick and easy stowing when unobstructed access is needed (read below for details). A bartack strengthened pull tab allows fast and positive access to magazines with a single gloved hand. Cover flap can be removed completely if not needed.

Unobstructed Access (see detailed photos below):
To keep the cover flap from interfering with access to magazines: flap can be folded backwards and tucked into rear PALS webbing or folded forwards and tucked into interior cover flap retention strap. Exterior elastic retention band does not compromise pouch opening which allows for quick and smooth extraction and insertion of magazines.

Feature packed design:
Squared bottom design gives the Single/Double Pistol Magazine Pouch shape and maintains the opening. The pouch stays upright and does not sag even when empty. To maximize available PALS real estate; there is no protruding binding tape around the edges of the pouch, thus preventing overlapping and/or deformity of pouches when mounted side by side. Drainage grommet at the very bottom of the pouch allows drainage of water, sand, and other unwanted debris.

Minimal bulk and weight:
Cover flap and mounting platform are each constructed of a single layer of material. PALS/MOLLE mounting grid composed of 0.875" wide webbing instead of the traditional 1" wide.
